宜興樂祺紡織印染有限公司地處長三角中心地帶的著名陶都宜興的城郊，為全國紡織印染行業協會常務理事單位。老廠區擁有從西德、日本等國引進關鍵設備的五條印染生產線，年生產為各類印染布5000多萬米，銷售收入超過10億元，創匯近6000萬美元。公司的產品全部出口，主銷歐、美、日、東南亞等國家，“樂祺”牌燈芯絨、卡其印染布連年被評為江蘇省名牌產品。公司曾多次榮獲全國印染行業“十佳企業”，中國紡織總會質量效益型先進企業，江蘇省出口創匯先進企業等稱號。
公司致力追求企業的創新，不斷開拓發展的新空間。從2003年7月起，投資4億元，在宜興諸橋工業園開發區建設樂祺新的生產基地，一期項目計劃建成四條先進的印染生產線,生產設備及化驗、測試儀器、均采用目前世界上最先進的設備，全部從瑞士、德、英、美等國引進，項目建成投產后，可望實現銷售8億元，創匯新增5000萬元。二期項目致力于產品延伸開發，根據紡織品出口取消配額后的市場新變化和新需求，以生產高檔后整理面料為契機，與國外著名品牌服裝合作，繼續拓展面料和服裝的國際市場營銷。新區項目全面建成后，可新增15-20億元銷售，公司將發展成為集紡紗、織造、印染、服裝于一體的國內一流的紡織基地。

The company started in the mid 80’s as a dyeing and finishing plant and today has grown into an integrated textile manufacturer specializing in weaving ,dyeing and finishing of cotton and cotton blend woven fabrics.
With the completion of its new modern dyeing and finishing facility in the Yixing ZhuQiao economical development zone in March 2005, today the company has a total monthly capacity of between 12-15 million yards, this has made Lucky into one of China’s largest cotton mills.
